Vodacom Con

On Thursday 8 August I received a text to say that my order with Vodacom had been processed. I then received a text from RAM informing me that they will be delivering said order to a very old address of mine that I no longer reside at. I had not made any order with vodacom or even spoken to anyone on the phone. I do receive quite a few irritating calls from agents on a regular basis telling me that my contract is ready for renewal , however I have been severely ill for the last week so have not been receiving calls. I called customer care on Friday 9th August and was told that they couldnt cancel this *****ulent order and what I have to do is refuse to take the delivery from RAM. Surely this is not the best way to deal with a *****ulent case within their organisation? I then went to the Liberty Mall branch to try and get some clarification as to what was going on , they gave me the information that all 4 of my numbers had been upgraded with an internet home package and bluetooth speakers, ***. Had to call aftersales again as branch cant help further .I am told that I have to open a ***** case, have a signed affadavit signed 3 times( not sure what thats all about)certified ID and contact details all sent to their *****disputes email address. What sort of customer service and assistance is that? Talk about passing the ***** problem onto me!
