Vodacom compliments
After my recent frustrations wit Vodacom, I had the pleasure of receiving excellent service from two noteworthy individuals.
Firstly, many thanks to Fergie from the Vodacom Hellopeter team. Your patient and persistent efforts are much appreciated, and it was a pleasure dealing with you. Thanks again.
Then thanks, too, to Andile at the Vodacom Shop, Ballito Junction. He sorted out my problem in a few minutes with a smile and such pleasant confidence and I always felt at ease with him. Thanks again as well.
