Vodacom compliment scheme

I was contacted today by an Vodacom agent, thanking me for being a loyal customer, for being a customer for more than 10 years, for spending so much money and always paying my contract on time. I was then promised a FREE Vodacom Power Tab 10 and I have the opportunity to get an 2GB Data Contract at a reduced price of only R169 per month for 24 months. Everything sounded good and I was feeling good about what happened, so I accepted the deals, only to find out after the call that I was **** too and manipulated! That FREE tablet is available on a Data contract for less than the \reduced\" price they were offering the 2GB data for, so in short they promised me a FREE tablet, but in fact they are letting me pay more for on the \"reduced\" data plan than what I would have if I took a new Tablet contract. I can go to MTN and get a better Tablet on a 2GB contract for only R149, or even better I can get a 2GB data contract, sim only for only R99 per month. What a Thank you ?! Vodacom should be ashamed of this scheme they are running ! My loyalty for Vodacom was broken this afternoon. They can cancel this new contract immediately and I am cancelling my Voice contract at the end of this year !"
