Vodacom completion ridiculous

I have been with Vodacom for a very long time and I’ve been very loyal to th by always making sure my accounts and everything is up to date with no complaints but there’s something that bothers me with vodacom I have a vodacom app and I also use access of their UADD services at times if my app doesn’t want to login I always buy airtime everyday and and get a lot of mega shakes I always play vodacom completions almost everyday but not even a single you will hear that a person won something now my question is are we being bluffed by vodacom or what because they put peoples hopes very high while we buy airtime all the time .
