Vodacom complete lack of service

Really disappointed with the Vodacom service being rendered. I have been a customer for more than 23 years. I have an issue with my account and keep on asking for assistance. They keep on providing me with a service ticket number, the next moment a issue resolved sms is sent from them or just no response. The problem is that nothing is resolved and nobody contact me. Additionally I have been to numerous Vodacom stores who cannot assist. I even visited the Head Office at Vodacom Century City. Again the same story they cannot assist but will log the issue and somebody will "definitely" come back to me. Or they give me a number to phone and the process start all over again.
