Vodacom - complete disaster

Can I please give a minus 1 000 000 stars? So having reported the poor service and inefficiency of Vodacom's help service - the automated one because there is no other - I got a call from a person!!!! Despite three different people calling me - often at inopportune times - I still have the problem. I cannot access my accounts online because they send the OTP to a ****le....... yes, intelligent for a cellphone service. It seems they are unable to make a simple change on their system. However they have no problem taking my money each month. Their system doesn't fail then
