Vodacom complaints inbox is broken and now they're lying about it

Vodacom are making it impossible to complain. I called customer care and they gave me the address ********** and I sent my complaint to this address on two occasions and both times got an autoresponse from ********** saying the email address I entered couldnt be found. I phoned customer care 2 more times and both times they confirmed this is the email address I should be using.

I wanted to show them the failed delivery message and couldn't do that over the phone and so I sent a screenshot of it to their facebook account. Their facebook account then advised that I should send my complaint to ********** I told them I wasn't comfortable with that since this is a serious complaint and I dont want it to be handled by a social media team. They just kept insisting that "the social media email address is the official complaints address for vodacom". That is just outrageous. Not only is it inconsistent with what 3 of their call centre agents told me, but it also makes no sense because many of their customers dont even use social media.

This is a serious complaint regarding ***** and I want it to be handled properly but they are just refusing to accept it.
