Vodacom Complaint

We ordered devices last week thursday and then we saw that vodacom changed the adress to a hospital, we requested that the adress must change to the correct location on monday, we phoned RAM and Vodacom and then they said we will receive the products today because they have to tell their supervisor and RAM also requested to change it and Vodacom keeps declining it! Their customer service is terrible! And this morning the driver phoned and said he was at the hospital...
