Vodacom Complaint

Vodacom it would actually be nice of you to respond to me with no empty promises. We are in December now my case have been going on since October, till date I am not connected your stuff is going to close soon for December holidays it's quiet evident that I will never get help from you and I'm not surprised because the level of incompetency I've received from you is beyond what words could explain. I want my refund so I can move on from you guys, you guys have failed me big time and I have been a Vodacom customer for over a decade. I will never ever use Vodacom in my life.
