Vodacom complaint

The phone is now taken for repairs for 4 months. They took it to the alberton branch to be repaired...alberton branch couldn't repair it so they sent it to a higher vodacom repair shop to sort out the situation from one quote to another they still not fixing my phone...yet the same problem occured the phone was broken at the vodacom branch during repair or transportation....now I should wait again another month for the phone to be repaired it's so frustrating one simple thing to do yet it's a problem....I'm tired of vodacom they don't want to admit their faults they want us to pay for their mistakes...is there another way to take this up further
