Vodacom Complaint
Good morning I logged a complaint last week about my Account. Still no credit was passed and I still haven't heard from Vodacom

I have had a query since last year November where a lady phoned me and told me that I am due for an upgrade. There was going to be a saving of +- R500 a month. Yet it increased by R500. I have asked Vodacom to please reverse all the upgrades and it looks like one was reversed but not the other one. My instalment was always R943.00 but has increased since the upgrades. Vodacom has a thing called "all calls will be recorded". Can they not go back and listen to the Recorded phone call where I was clearly told there will be a saving of R500.00
We are now in February and I am still waiting for Feedback.
