VODACOM COMPLAINT

To whom it may concern

I recently purchased a “NEW” Iphone 6 from Vodacom Trade Route Mall. This NEW Iphone lasted me 1 month before the software crashed. I handed in the phone to Vodacom for repairs, 2 months later they advised me that they are unable to assist and my phone needs to be sent to Apple. Does it really take 2 months to realise you cannot assist? **** NO!!

I have ensured that payment was made these past 2 months despite not having the phone. I find that this is absolutely ridiculous. I even spoke to the manager and she advised me that they cannot assist me with a new phone. WHAT NONSENSE!!!!!

I have been waiting without being upset. I understood the issue but this is now out of hand. I should not be understanding as I am paying for this BRAND NEW product.

IT IS NOT WORKING. I WANT A NEW PHONE!!!!

YOU SUPP**** ME WITH A PRODUCT THAT HAS A FACTORY FAULT, NOT MY PROBLEM!!! IT IS NOT BRAIN SURGERY, YOUR PRODUCT IS FAULTY AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED NOT FIXED!! SIMPLE!!!

Please call me urgently on ********** 883

UNHAPPY CLIENT

Nicole Willie

Good day

Coming back to this problem . I stilll have not recieved a call with regards to this .

The phone was sent back to repairs last week , repairs claims that its a liquid damage which requires an access fee of up to R5000

This is where we have a problem , how the **** is the phone liquid damaged if I only had the phone for a few weeks .

Why was this problem not picked up the minute it was sent to repairs the first time ? This is what I dont understand . Are you people trying to cover up for selling me a phone that was faulty ?!

If Vodacom does not that take responsibility for this then I am convinced that I made the wrong choice by taking up a contract with you guys .

Its either we cancel this contract and Ill get a new one or YOU GUYS CAN KEEP YOUR ****TY PHONE and Ill go to a cellphone network that is more proffessional and knows how to treat their customers .

This is terrible .

So still no feedback .

Still no assistance .

Still no cellphone .

This means no payment will be made .

If we are going to need this to be a legal issue then we will handle it in that way .

Thank you
