Vodacom Complaint

Firstly, this is really the first time I have actually experienced poor service with Vodacom.

1. I went to Vodacom store last week (Wednesday) to upgrade my laptop contract, as it happens they don't have the laptop I want in stock. But they will order me one and have it next day.

2. Next day phone the store cause I had an 082 missed call on my phone, speak to them and it was not them but they have not received stock, next day they will get stock.

3. That will be the Friday, the day goes and Saturday comes so I phone them again. The lady there tells me that they only order new stock on a Monday and will then have the stock on Wednesday.

4. As it happens I have to go to the mall where the store is on Wednesday for work in the afternoon. Phone the store to find out if they have received the laptop yet I'm going to be in the area. No, they have not received stock, they can't find stock of the laptop. So, now I have no idea when I'm getting it.

5. Today I think right I'll mail or phone Vodacom customer care and find out if they have any idea when Vodacom will have stock so the store can get stock. Find out Vodacom has no e-mail I can use so I phone they can't help me with checking stock on 082111 because they don't deal with this particular laptop.

What do you do, complain to get some response, cause phoning won't help they can't even check to see if there is a n stock issue...
