Vodacom company is **** they don’t value their loyal customers , they are ****mers and they lack customer experience I will take this company to omnibus for further assistance

I am so ****ed as a customer of vodacom the agents they are very rude to customers and they **** about everything , vodacom as a company is a **** they have been deducted money from my acc , their agents they call us and increase our data without our authorities then we get high bills I was calling disputing a payment no one assisted me they lie about investing thy have the poor customer experience iam ****ed and frustrated , right now again I have a laptop I took I pay for insurance but when my laptop is not working and ask them to fix it for me I need to top up what is my insurance doing where does this all money go to I hate vodacom for ****ming me
