Vodacom communication

My wife has been listed at credit beuru after she had told Vodacom that she lost her job due to Covid hard lockdown. She has not recieved any letters from any Lawyers but has been listed anyways. We are now trying to make an arrangement to clear this debt but there is not one competent person to speak to on the other end of a vodacom call. Now nobody knows where the account is. Vodacom says it's at Hammond and pole attorneys and Hammond and Pole have no idea who my wife is. This is pathetic that there is no way of getting into contact with the right person to speak to. But they are quick and successful at getting you listed on ITC.
