Vodacom committing ***** on their customers

Vodacom offered me a data deal which came with a router, the router only worked for 3 months then stopped working. I've been to 2 Vodacom branches for assistance but Vodacom does not have a process for the faulty routers that they give to their customers. My services have been cut off by Vodacom because they want to continue taking my money without providing me with services that they promised that they will provide. This is nothing but ***** on Vodacom's part. Please be careful before taking up any Vodacom services.
