VODACOM COMMITTING *****

Where do i start. My company has over 100 simcards with Vodacom and we pay them a substantial amount of money on a monthly basis.

Last year in July someone in their company just decided (cause they thought it would be fun) to just change 4 of our simcards from DATA to VOICE and when we picked it up and advised them, they referred the matter to the ***** department. Our account manager promised that the original dates would be put back in play once the ***** department sorted this out.

We were on a MONTH TO MONTH contract and our contract had already expired.

Today i try and cancel 2 of the simcards and Vodacom inform me that the 2 x simcards can only be cancelled in 2020 and if i want to cancel them it will cost R26329.95 (i mean really have you ever) ... so i informed them that this was supposed to have been sorted out last year and that our account manager said it would.

Today she sends me this form to say that i must now get an affidavit , send a copy of my ID and 3 signatures and a letter on the company letterhead to fix their mess up and their mistake and what they did without asking or advising us. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ...

Is this a new way for Vodacom to keep customers, you play around with their accounts and mess things up and then make it their problem to fix, and you make it impossible to fix as well

You guys are really something else you know that .... no wonder ... also you only have email addresses to correspond with, can't get hold of any managers or anyone to talk to about this. SIES
