Vodacom commiting *****

I cancelled my debit order on my standard bank account and received confirmation that I am now listed as a cash payer. Then out of nowhere Vodacom decides to put an unauthorized debit order on my personal savings account at absa for two months straight. They refuse to give me a copy of the authorization letter to ahow that I gave them permission because the know tht they used underhanded ******* ways to aquire my abs bank details.

The debit orders were returned unpaid as vis a company did not have permission to debit that account. I have been paying the account in cash but due to the unauthorized debit order being sen back, a penalty fee of R100 is added to the account. That is one way for vodacom to comm it ***** and ***** money from customers. The customer representitives are useless uneducated idiots that do not understand one word they are told. If I do not pay their ********** and ******* penalty fee my service is suspended. VODACOM IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ALSO ***** MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS.

I am honestly not going to talk to one of the yseless consultants again. Vodacom ********ly implemented a debit order on my absa account after the standard bank debit order was cancelled. I am being penalused for your ******* and *****ulant transactions. Fix it, reverse the penalty fees, and send me the copy of the authorisation for the debit order to my email address.
