Vodacom commit ***** daily by deducting more money than authorised !
Vodacom deducting more money than authorised !
I took out a new contract in October, since then had to call Vodacom continously (enquiries are closed without a clients consent if they feel they've answered you - even if incorrectly) without any luck.
My query is simple - 3 numbers each have a set amount that has to be deducted at the 31st of each month, yet, to date, this has not been done correctly. October, November & December deductions should have been 1) R267.94, 2) R338.50 & 3) R289.00 = R897.44.
Please investigate and respond in writing why more money was taken and at different dates than authorised (causing my account to be in overdraft) as I am going to consult with a lawyer.
