Vodacom - Collections/refunds are pathetic

Don’t ever pay funds over to Vodacom in error! I’m on Vodacom pay as you go. Accidentally paid R4500.00 into our account on 17 Jan 2020. Numerous telephone calls and emails have been sent to Vodacom. I was sent a ref no and was told it would take 14 days to refund. That was on 20 Jan 2020. It didn’t happen. Escalated to Reesha Nundkumar who has not bothered to acknowledged receipt of request and supporting documents. Now sent a follow up. Let’s see if this lady whose name comes up on Hello Peter too often responds!?
