VODACOM COLD CALLS FOR MONEY BUT DOESNT COLLECT UNWANTED UPGRADE

One emailed response but still no collection of upgrade I didn't want. But I'm getting calls to pay my account. I REFUSE TO PAY UNTIL THE UPGRADE IS CANCELLED AND PHONE COLLECTED.
