Vodacom closing queries with no consultation

A query was lodged and an automated response received. Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-1TZR-28X60X has been closed. Thank you Vodacom. Now the query was closed I was not contacted or consulted maybe because the reception was pathetic and I could not be reached. How can this be considered closed I was reached via sms why was this not done. Sorry I forgot you dont employ humans for this purpose anymore. Please try again.
