VODACOM CLIENT SERVICE NON-EXISTENT

I have had problems with my Vodacom voicemail service for months now. I have made numerous calls and spent hours on the phone to try to get it resolved, but to no avail.

I cannot listen to my voice messages nor can I retrieve 'saved' voice messages. As I cannot listen to messages, I cannot understand how any of it can end up in 'saved' mode, as I can certainly not save it. When calling the retrieval service, I get a looped voice reply that nakes absolutely no sense!

This has had a severe impact on my personal life, as well as on my business, as friends and customes leave messages to which I never reply, as it is impossible to do so.

I now just do not have the time to call Vodacom, I'd like to chat to them online, but their Chat service is NEVER WORKING. It also seems impossible to email them, as they do not offer a e-mail customer care service.

PLEASE COULD I GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED!
