Vodacom Client Care!
I spoke to a consultant by the name of Phumzile when I called into the 082135 number as I had some questions and queries that needed attending to. To my surprise she was the most pleasant and helpful agent that I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Please Vodacom, take that call recording, play it for the rest of your staff and let them learn how to have proper telephone etiquette. She answered every question, no matter how silly it seemed. She was extremely patient with me and very well mannered. Thank you for the amazing service you provided Phumzile and keep up the good work. You should be promoted to manager of customer care with your attitude and skill set!!!
