Vodacom Clearwater Regional Manager and Store Manager's empty promises

Good day,

I wanted to inform you that the store manager and regional manager for Vodacom Clearwater have made empty promises regarding the replacement of my damaged modem, to date i havent received my modem which their consultant has damanaged.

I went to the store on Wednesday the 08th of Feb after being promised by Andrew who happens to be the regional store manager that he will organize a new modem and that i should go and collect it on that day which i did and to my surprise there was no modem there for me. I demanded that they organize a driver or courier company to deliver that modem to my work place the next day (Thursday 09th Feb) as i couldnt keep driving back and forth to Clearwater for nothing. Devan who is the store manager at Vodacom Clearwater promised to do so and took down my work address.

What i dont understand is why i am being the one following up with Vodacom every 30 minutes, using my airtime and my petrol to check if the modem has been replaced as they are the ones who damaged to begin with. They should have had the decency to contact me and update me or inform me that i should rather come through on a different day to collect my modem. I am so frustrated as i am unable to work, i still dont understand how i stayed loyal to Vodacom for so long and yet i am getting such a ****py service from them.

Please will the person reading this message get Andrew to urgently contact me regarding this matter as the store manager refuses to give me Andrew's contact details so that i can rather deal with him directly instead of dealing with *********** sales consultant and a manager. This is unaccaptable and i need urgent feedback from him .

We are customers and know our rights, if i dont get feedback soonest i am taking this further. They chose to mess with the wrong woman this time, i refuse to let this matter go as i feel that they have wronged me and need to fix their mess.
