Vodacom Clearwater - Consultants scold clients?

Dear Vodacom,

I recently took a contract at the iStore with Vodacom as the service provider. There was a debit that went off my account for R328 with Vodacom as the reference. I went to your Vodacom store at Clearwater to query. 1 of your consultants actually scolded me and told me to go to the iStore and query it. This is really poor service! He refused to assist with the query.
