Vodacom Clearly Not Number 1 service provider.

I purchased a new phone from game.I decided to get a new number as well.Every device is sold with a new sim card which will be rica on your name.It seems that Vodacom is giving new phones which recycled sim cards.I don't have a problem with that but if I'm been the end user why should I deal with a 100 different messages from different organisation s and100 phone calls from people I don't know.This is a terrible experience for me.I called the call centre 5 times and I got no resolution to the problem.I was told to use the sim for 3 months and then it will automatically get resolved.Why should I spend my money for this kind of ******* service.Vodacom claims to be number 1 but failed to deliver new sim cards with new devices.
