Vodacom clear water mall bad service & attitude

Vodacom clearwater mall next to Hp must be the most useless vodacom shop in s.a i dont know how they are still open,no customer service ,quick to take you money and give you broken goods and refuse to cancell the contract or replace the device.To make i worse when leaving the mr price employees siad to me on exiting the mall why did you buy from them they have no customer service and all customer are fighting with them an are unhappy this was very shocking to me to hear.so if you are in the market for a new phone dont go to vodacom clear water mall branch you will end up like me with a brand new contract for 1700p/m and dont have a phone for 2 days now,and im in sales so my phone puts food on the table for my family,and this is what i get for my 1700p/m for 24 months???it is unacceptable.
