vodacom claims sucks

I went to apply for a cellphone insurance claim at Soshanguve crossing vodacom shop on the 18 February 2019,A week later i didn't get any response I called the claims department to trace my claim but I was told that they didn't receive any claim with my details, I then called the vodacom shop in Soshanguve crossing to inquire of what might have happened to my claim forms but I got told that they will call me back later but i never received any call back from them.
