Vodacom Claimed Technical Error But Still Debited My Money

If there was a minus 0 star I would give it. I would like to warn other users of this network. 19 & 22 July 2019 I purchased data bundles from their app, but never received them. Vodacom only sent me technical error messages. No data bundles.

My account was debited and I have been trying ever since to get them to resolve this matter, no luck. Vodacom does not care about its customers, they are only interested in taking customers' money. If any Vodacom network user is reading this, do not buy data bundles from Vodacom app, your money will be taken and you will not receive any assistance when trying to get your refund.
