Vodacom Civerage near to none in a raduis of 60km for all customers

I have written a revier a few time's now about this problem also for all customers mostly having no network coverage in an area of 60km. #Vodacom can you please solve this problem you hsve previously sent me a few ticket no's per sms and closed the ticket no's but yet the problem is still remaining and it has been so for the past 3 years in a raduis of 60km for all customers
