Vodacom chowed my airtime

On the early hours of the 9th June I took out my 082 simcard to connect my WiFi on the router after I've upgraded with a laptop instead of a phone. The router did not work, I called Vodacom customer service and they told me my router had a fault and I was to take it to Vodacom to be checked out, I took out my simcard put it back into the phone, only for it to be blocked, called Vodacom customer service again, they gave me a puk number, it didn't work they asked for my simcard number and told me my simcard was blocked and had to do a simswap.

I have another number 079 that I decided to use while my 082 was blocked and I wasn't sure when I will get a chance to do the simswap. So today, the 13th June I went to Menlyn Vodacom repairs to do the simswap and have the router checked. The consultant asked if I had another simcard so he uses to check the router as the 082 one is blocked. I gave him my 079 simcard and he checked the router, my simcard had R400 worth of airtime and between 250- 100 mb as I had purchased 250mb for R59 yesterday. He assured me my airtime won't be affected as I had data. Upon his completion I had R161 airtime left and 0 data left. I asked him what happened to my airtime, he said he doesn't know. We bought a router earlier this year at Telkom, it had a fault and we returned it, they had a simcard for checking their routers I suggest Vodacom copies and paste to their system, in the meantime may I have my airtime please.
