Vodacom chief procrastinator

I was called by Vodacom in December and offered a Data package together with a Wi-Fi router in December 2016. Initially I said I would take the package but on the day I received it on the 12 December I was retrenched and called Vodacom to advise that I couldnt commit to a two year contract and asked them to collect it and cancel the contract.

Since then I have called continuously to ask when they can collect the package as I am being billed for the contract even though I amnot using it. They keep saying that they cannot cancel the contact until they have picked up the package. it is now 7 February and once again I was told they cannot pick up the package as they have a problem and all collecitons have been delayed. I asked if I could drop it off and they said no the procedure is that they must collect it.

What can I do to make Vodacom stop with their delaying tactics which they are doing so that they can keep charging me. Surely it cannot take nearly two months to collect a package? I have two Reference numbers 67783 and ********** 5. Can someone please help.
