Vodacom cheated me

I was promised that when I purchase 2 social tickets of any amount I will be rewarded 100 voda bucks, but I bought 2 whatsapp tickets and 1 Facebook ticket but to my surprise after my purchase Vodacom never rewarded me. Therefore I feel cheated as they said 2 but I bought 3 but still nothing, what do you call that? At this trying economy I also try to recharge and reach my goals on time so that I can at least exchange those vodabucks to purchase what I need e.g pick n pay coupons for some groceries. I appreciate Vodacom supporting and feeding the nation through this vodabucks coupons. I will be glad if you can resolve this issue urgently so I can enjoy my rewards. The number in question is ***
