Vodacom chatz mokopane mall

Vodacom chatz Mokopane mall Worst service ever!!!! Old phone broke, handed in for repairs. Excuses for days and then phone gets returned to me still with broken screen. Different language and asking for a pin. Return phone to shop and was told that the phone would be ready in 30min. Days later and still nothing. Took out a new contract the same day I handed in my old phone for repairs. Few days later screen shattered after bumping it against armrest. Phone apparently gets sent in to polokwane for repairs. Days later we phone about new phone but no one knows where it is. Not head office or polokwane branch can track phone. Phone was "sent" without box which is not allowed. The repair guy at vodacom chatz mokopane is not a vodacom technician!! He isnt even allowed tontake and fix phones. All phones must be sent to polokwane branch. I will advise everyone to stay away!!
