Vodacom chatsworth Centre

My wife and I took a contract from vodacom chatsworth centre on the 21st February 2021, on that day they told us there isnt stock and they will call us on the following up Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and they never called. On wednesday we had to call the store to get answers and there was still no stock. They told my wife to call on friday to check. On friday she called and they said they have the stock and we can fetch on Saturday which is today.

Today we got to the store and had to wait 30 minutes outside with no assistance and then when we got into the store.. we spend another 30 minutes waiting for any sought of assistance cause the guy we took the contract with was not at work. Upon receiving assistance after waiting almost an hour they tell us, they dont have stock for contract phones and only cash phone stock was at the store.

Pathetic and terrible service from vodacom. Cause now we wasted an entire morning and week waiting for something we dont even know if it will be coming anymore.

Dont join vodacom. Pathetic customer service at Chatsworth Centre Durban.
