Vodacom charging my account for accessory that was a 'gift'

I did my upgrade just before lockdown and was told by the consultant that she is giving me this gift with my upgrade. After receiving my invoice and statement in April I was then actually charged by Vodacom for the accessory (Gift) that I was told about. After I queried it I was again charged in May 2020 for it. I have spoken to a few vodacom employees already and totally think this is unacceptable and a disgrace charging people for a gift. After I was told to rather bring back the free pods of my Huawei still with the original packaging on inside never used they now saying they can't sell it and therefor I can't get my credit. How perfetic can Vodacom be charging me for a gift. The manager was supposed to sort this out with the consultant but nothing happens. They don't even have the desency to get behind everything with the consultant and sort it out on their side. Why must I now pay for it even if they have it back without me using it. They must then deduct it from the consultant who told me it was a gift. Absolutely disgusting service.
