Vodacom charging more money AFTER they have found ***** on my account

EC-0BDU-27AUBN

At this point i'm starting to think that vodacom likes this publicity. This is the 2nd time im writing about this company in three months.

I got confirmation from someone named DOMINIC at vodacom two months back confirming that they have found that ***** was indeed committed on my account and they will be making sure that my account will be back to its normal package soon. On the 21st February he sent me a mail once again to say that he has requested feedback from the forensic team & waiting for feedback. Needless to say that i have heard nothing from them and i have emailed this guy every week since then, asking for feedback and have included other departments so that can see what is happening...NOTHING has happened and my latest statement shows that i now owe R4000+. Dont know how this could drag for so long when i went as far as to contacting their finance department to let them know what was going on. No one at vodacom has called me, apologised for the inconvinience but the one thing they are quick to do it to send me the bill.
