Vodacom charging for unauthorised services

In August Vodacom add on to my account R34.80 for Content Cervices. I googled what it was and send an sms to 31050 to stop all. Now this month they added R400.20.

What the HELLLLL??????

I have said this before and I will say this again. You are a bunch of ****** steeling my money!!!!!!!!!! I want a refund before the end of September. How can you charge me for services that I don't use? I don't even know what it is for!!! If you don't refund me I will go onto all forms of social media to tell every body what ****** ****** you are!!!!!

I am really ****ed off with Vodacom. You think because you're a big company you can do what ever you want with us individuals!!!
