Vodacom charging for subscriptions not made by account holder
Vodacom is charging subscriptions on my account which I never subscribed to. On contacting them I sas told that they will credit my account with R3358. This was for Jan 2018 until April 2018. Received an sms they will give me a credit of R2000 as a gesture of goodwill. This is so wrong. They must go back and check their recordings. Calls were made to them on Friday 13 April and on Tuesday, 17 April ehere the credit amount was stated to me. I phoned on 17 April because on 16 April I received an sms saying that my query was closed, though I had no feedback. Therefor my call to them on 17 April. However, I received an invoice for R2500 for May, while my contract is R1020. No detail how this amount is made up. What kind of an invoice is that? Now I want detailed invoices emailed to me from April 2017 to see how much Vodacom realy owes me. I am not paying goodwill to Vodacom. They have also suspended my service, while they are owing me money. They reconnected me but said I have to pay a reconnection fee. I hope they are not going to charge me this fee No Vodacom, please do not treat me like an idiot.
