Vodacom charging for services the customer isn’t even getting

This company has become such a joke. After complaining on hellopeter months back about them still charging us for services they, themselves, have switched off, they’re still charging us. On top of that, a contract we had transferred over to someone else already in 2019 is still listed under our name. She has been paying monthly but has had her phone blacklisted. How can they charge a customer for a service they are not providing as they have switched that customer off? How can they just blacklist someone’s phone when the customer has been paying monthly? Especially after going through such a fiasco getting it transferred over to that customer to begin with since their consultant’s uselessness is on a legendary level.

So basically because I’m under contract vodacom has kept billing us every month even though our line is suspended? I went back to my contract and saw that it had ended in April last year (2020). We should not be under contract anymore. So not only did vodacom fail to notify us that our contract is up, but refused to close it due to being owed money after a request was made to discontinue the service. I surely hope vodacom have not renewed this contract as they have received no authorisation from us to do so.

They did contact me however, I want to be contacted again. I want someone to explain to me why we are being billed when our fibre service is suspended and the contract ended in April last year. The woman while I spoke to over the phone, told me that we are under contract and therefore liable to pay BUT! the contract had ended in April 2020.
