Vodacom charging for products I dont have

So I have been a good client of Vodacom for many years just to pick up last month when upgrading that I have been paying for a 5gb router since September 2016. I then cancelled this and last month and when phoning ***as it was apparently this department (Vodacom Rewards) that sold this to me and the lady advised she has a copy of my ID as proof that I agreed to this and that the router was received. Firstly I never agreed to this and never received anything. If I phone I get put on hold for 30 minutes.

I also see this isn't the only complaint about this on Hellopeter. Please advise how do I go about this getting my money back for something I never had or agreed upon.

Also as I work in vehicle finance telling me you have a copy of my ID is no proof to any agreement.

So @Vodacom has marked this as resolved. When I phoned back with reference they advised there is a voice recording contract on their systems. But they cant provide me with it I have to go to a branch for them to play it for me.
