Vodacom charging for fibre they won’t reactivate

I app**** for a relocation of my fibre on 14 feb 2019. I contacted ********** numerous times and on 13 March was advised that my form should have been sent to another email address (i.e. I should not have responded to the email address I received the form from, even though when I sent the completed form back to that email address I received a service request number). I then sent the form to the email address requested and the agent advised that the process would be expedited as it was no fault of my own that Vodacom did not receive the first form. Everything seemed fine then as I received an sms to say that my relocation was logged and that I should email or call Davenisha to schedule. The contact number that was given is for Vodacom business fibre and Davenshia can’t be reached there. I sent an email to the address given but to date- I have had no response; I have been advised numerous times when I call the contact center that someone will be in touch. I was told that Davenisha has been emailed and will contact me. This morning I was advised that a supervisor might call me today but the consultant could not commit to that (amazing). I have been paying for a service which vodacom seems to have no intention of reactivating and have no clue as to what I can do to get this sorted now.

Nothing is being addressed as per your note above. Kindly advise which ombud vodacom is regulated by? It has been 45 days and I have no WiFi. I was told I would not be charged while I don’t have the service but was charged again this morning. I have received 2 calls in total since this whole mess up started and non were helpful as I was just told they are sorting it out. The last call I got was 10 days ago from Peter and I was told I would have WiFi the the next day. Still I wait. I believe I am within my rights to now take this to the Ombud as nothing has been done. I laid a formal complaint before this one and it was never addressed. Vodacom is doing absolutely nothing and I am done begging for a service I am being charged R500 a month for. Excluding all the calls I get charged for trying to follow up of nothing
