Vodacom charging for data but doesn't give the bundles.

So I've been paying for 5gb a month since July 2017 but it NEVER got allocated to my phone. This only was recently brought under my attention by a Vodacom shop assistant. After furhter investigation, I wasn't even aware that I had a 5gb package added to my contract... I've ALWAYS bought my data from my FNB account, even took in the proof of purchase which I've downloaded from FNB.

Escalated this to Vodacom and THIS is what they come back with... "Dear Nicole,

We have completed an investigation into data allocation / usage on ********** 4556. We can confirm that the 5 GB data bundle added in July 2017, was allocated and used.

Please find attached, a snapshot of usage for January and February 2018.

We have further credited the cost of 5 GB @ R 399.00 incl. VAT in February and March invoices respectively [H9-7EKXB & H9-7RPTG], back onto your Vodacom account as a gesture.

Kind Regards

Vodacom SA"

YES I have received my data every month, AFTER I'VE BOUGHT IT FROM FNB! So you have ****** R399 from me every month for the last 9 months. YOU in fact owe ME, R3591...

So I suggest you go BACK and investigate this matter again as I have witnesses to the fact that I had to purchase data for myself in this regard every month.

So this problem has just popped up on one of my other contracts... There was NO authorisation for a 5Gb 24month data top-up to one of my contracts, but guess what... Voila... it suddenly appeared on my other contract! How odd don't you think???
