Vodacom Charges R799 for 20mbps MoM Fiber since 2020 to date??????

- 5 Stars. Extremely frustrated, irritated, annoyed...........................

Initially picked up that Vodacom has been charging me R799 for a 20Mbps line since 2020 on a MONTH ON MONTH contract but advertises 50Mbps up and down at guess what... R799 currently on their site???????????

Meaning Vodacom let me drive a Bicycle on a Bike instalment.

From my previous complaint I have been helped superbly by Kenneth Vanana and Martin. Superb gents that truly understand my frustration. Unfortunately, they can't assist further as Credit DECLINED to reimburse/ Credit me for all the Months where they were paid but never altered my line speed or Monthly instalment,

Credit thinks that I am STUPID by offering me a 3 Month discount. I wasn't born yesterday and know that this offering is available to all clients. Just shows how much Vodacom truly cares about their customers, specifically their Credit department. Credit department also had the edacity to inform me that I should go and check different packages Monthly on their website??????? what the heck am I paying for. I Would love to know who this was at Credit department so that I can share their name

What should I do Vodacom????? , Should I post my Invoice on Social Media showing how customers are over charged and how they are handled after they raise their concerns (Two Years PROOF)?

Should I voice this to ICASA????????

If I was on a 12 or 24 month contract, different story and I would not complain.

Vodacom, in all honesty I do not even think that you will handle this hellopeter complaint with the Urgency or at least the importance this deserves. As your Credit Guru has taken charge.

I would not advise anyone to do any type of Fiber business through Vodacom unless you would like to be demoralized, unrecognized or even appreciated as a Customer.

Would love to get this message across to your CEO but better changes of Snow in the Sahara.

No Kind regards. Your Worthless Customer.

According to your records you are WRONG once again. Got cut off whilst on the call. NEVER had an opportunity to hear from Vodacom's Credit GURU. Just shows how updated you are and CARE about your customers journeys with you!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even you as Consumer Website Team takes customers complaints seriously. Pathetic
