Vodacom charged me for something they can't deliver!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom charges me for a line transfer but does not transfer my line, nor resolve my problem. Please see my previous complaint below for full details

My previous complaint history:

"TERRIBLE SERVICE

I've signed up for a new business contract online, through the galaxy s8 pre order portal. First of all I waited 1 month for delivery since the day my contract was approved. Secondly I requested to port my cellc number long before the contract was approved.I even received an sms saying my port request has been successful. After 1 month I recieved the device and sim card, but the contract wwas activated on a new number. I informed the sales rep I was dealing with, she told me to buy a new sim card , send them the details, and they will port and activate it for me. The sales rep has been responding saying she is waiting for feedback from the swim swap department. Today I received an email,

"Good day ,

Trust you are well.

I have still not received any feedback, You could kindly call 082111 customer care for assistance."

I called customer care no one can assist me. I regret moving from cellc to Vodacom. Please sort my number porting out, as I will not accept a new number!!!!!,

Jun 13, 2017
Official business reply:
Dear Customer,

Thank you for making us aware of your complaint.

Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query.

***Please note*** Beware of phishing ****s.

Vodacom will not contact you via Whatsapp to request your personal details

Regards,
Vodacom Consumer Website Team

Jun 27, 2017
abdullah-1:
Thank you for responding, The person who called me, gave me the impression that my problem was going to be resolved, but today it is 2 weeks later and still no progress on my compalint. Disappointment again!, I was told to go instore to complete my number port. The lady instore told me she had sent an email to request the number, I have to go back with Rica paper work, after 2 days to port my cellc number on Vodacom prepaid. Now they tell me , I cannot change a contract number that has already been activated. Why do I have to run around for this bull****, when i had requested for my number to be ported at the time of taking out the contract. Can someone in Vodacom please sort this f******kin mess out, because I am fed up of going instore, and sending different people paperwork to RICA, etc. Voadcom f**ked up by not porting my number before activating the contract, they have all my details and paperwork, so they need to sort this mess out. Vodacom says Cellc was not releasing the number. Cellc says they have received the request , but Vodacom took forever to port the number, so the request was cancelled. Cellc said Vodacom must request again and complete the port on time! I run a business and don't have time to waste running to Vodacom stores for Vodacoms f**k ups!
