Vodacom charge me without you consent and despite my complain to cancel.

Please be careful when Vodacom sales representative call you about new promotion and deals. Between 2016 to 2017 a sales lady call me and about new deals which I did not accept luckily I had my Vodacom which I monitor now and then. Next thing I so new bills for the new deal of which I complain via my Vodacom I sent my signature and fill up the forms to cancel whoever there are still harassing me with bill which I thought they have cancel then.
