Vodacom charge for GAMEMINE that I never subscribed to
I seem to be yet another victim of a Vodacom **** which I've read about. GAMEMINE! I never subscribed to this service. I have no app applicable to it on my phone. I was charged R145 for the service and phoned customer care to have it removed. They said they did and I checked that it was. Of they said I subscribed to it, which I didn't. They also said I would not be refunded. Lo and behold, when I checked a few hours later, another R150 (for Gamemine) was added to my account, I want these amounts refunded and if they are not I will have to take it up with the press and the CGSO.

06 Apr 2020, 10:08No-one from Vodacom has contacted me with regards to this complaint. I stated that I contacted Vodacom initially, only to find that I was debited AGAIN for Gamemine, AFTER my call. So what has Vodacom actually done about this, apart from a generic reply? Absolutely nothing.
