Vodacom charge 121 min for a 2 min call
I made two calls on Sunday 28 June 2015 to my father, according to my handset well as the handset used by my father the calls were 8 seconds and 2 minutes. I tried to make a third call and got a message that I no longer have any minutes available and need to recharge my account. I called 111 from my cell phone because there was no way that I used up all my minutes. The agent informed me that I made two lengthy calls to a number of 31 minutes and 121 minutes which used all my available minutes. I told the consultant there is no way. I made two calls but they were very brief there is no way!!!

They logged a query for me. When I called back the following day they said that they did not yet start the investigation and that it will be conducted within 48 to 72 hours. Meanwhile I can't make any call due to their wrong doing. Due to their faulty system. This is totally unacceptable as they take their money on a monthly basis as agreed. But I can't utilized my benefits paid for and not yet utilized because they just took it away and made false accusations of the length of the calls made. Makes me wonder how many of minutes they just took previous months due to their faulty system
