Vodacom changing rules to make it more difficult for clients to make changes to their Vodacom accounts/subscription/contracts
Accounts department PLEASE check your emails have tried emailing to various email addresses with no response and I continue to get billed for something I do not want. My other two numbers were sorted out via the Cellucity store, they (Cellucity) claim Vodacom has now removed the authority to change contracts at store level, so now I sit with a dilema. I am currently overseas and cannot communicate with Vodacom with the phone number or email provided on their website for international calls or email. This has been going on since December 2017 when the contract reached maturity. I sent all the necessary documentation to (migrate the number to pre paid) cancel the debit order as I no longer require the service. I do not have access to the mobile number in question as I am currently overseas.
